Myofascial Release

MFR is the foundation of my therapeutic practice. Fascia exists as a connected system in all tissues in our body; therefore, releasing it can have profound effects on the entire body and its various systems. Expect improved digestion, sleep, mood, and pain relief.

Cupping

Cupping is used across the field, from spa settings to sports rehabilitation... because it yields a variety of fantastic results! From cellulite reduction to back pain relief, it's a wonderful tool used since ancient times. I primarily use cups for a full back release and as "extra hands" while performing complex MFR maneuvers. Expect slight soreness and polka dots, followed by systemic relief.

Neuromuscular Release Therapy

NMRT is my chosen speciality as a massage therapist. I specifically treat issues such as scoliosis and carpal tunnel syndrome following an informed directive. Those seeking injury relief will find it here. If you like deep tissue or "sport massage", you willl LOVE NMR! Expect immediate relief followed by slight soreness.

Thai Massage

Like yoga, Thai massage has a strong focus on flexibility and joint range-of-motion (ROM). It is performed on a mat on the floor where the therapist uses their hands and feet to massage/MFR. The client massaged with hands, feet, elbows, and knees while being moved into different poses/stretches. Expect to be turned into a pretzel.

Singing Bowl Sound Therapy

Yogis and scientists alike know everything exists as a vibrational frequency. We thrive when our frequencies are harmonized with our higher power. Expect mental clarity and to be real and true to yourself.

Stretches

Please Wear Gym Attire

Please wear thin clothing that you can stretch in and that will keep your parts covered. Sports bra/cotton T and volleyball shorts/leggings are ideal for women, and boxer briefs/gym shorts are ideal for men. Whatever you wear, be sure to be comfortable!

"A wonderful and caring functional medicine nurse practitioner, an ENT doctor, a chiropractor, a dentist, and an orthopedic group have not been able to do what Tyler accomplished in several hours of neuromuscular massage."
